Card & Associates was officially established in 2015. For the last 7 years, they have brought their unique talent, leadership, and resources to communities seeking an effective partnership for unparalleled athletic, tourist, and economic development impacts. Their first success with state-of-the-game athletic facilities is Pacers Athletic Center, located in Westfield, IN. They have since also developed, constructed, and are operating: Finch Creek Fieldhouse in Noblesville, IN and Community Sports and Wellness in Pendleton, IN. Other facilities and community conversations are under development and will be announced soon.
Andy Card
Recognized as the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for 2006 in Logistics & Transportation, Mr. Card has long been a visionary. He was a fourth-generation owner of Perkins Global Logistics and he successfully managed to increase the company’s revenues from $7 million to $72 million—all in his first 12 years as CEO. From there, Andy has gone on to pursue several highly-profitable entrepreneurial ventures in real estate, food services, and entertainment.
Andy also designed, developed, and built Grand Park Fieldhouse, dba Pacers Athletic Center. Andy’s love of sports and passion for all things business help give his clients an edge as they develop and build their new athletic facilities.
William bunkowfst
Billy has been with Card & Associates since its inception. Starting as a part-time employee, Billy first started at Grand Park Fieldhouse. In 2017, Billy became the Director of Operations for Card & Associates. For two years, Billy served in this role as well as advising on developmental and construction matters, before assuming the role of Director of Development in November 2019.
Billy played a key part in the construction and opening of Noblesville Fieldhouse, as well as managing Card and Associates’ independent construction venture, Madison County Tennis and Wellness.
Through Billy’s growth within the company, he has garnered experience across all facets of the project process, allowing for a wide understanding of the day-to-day operations of Card & Associates.
